Scope of work

This multi-storey Bantry Bay complex needed a full restoration covering waterproofing, structural repairs, and a complete exterior repaint.

All flat roof areas and parapets were inspected, with failed waterproofing stripped back to bare concrete before the new system went on.
A geotextile membrane was laid across all flat roofs with the correct side and end laps, followed by two saturation coats of pure acrylic waterproofing.
All structural cracks across the facade and common areas were cut out and filled with a flexible polyurethane sealant before painting.
The whole exterior was high-pressure cleaned, primed, and finished with two topcoats of premium exterior paint in the body corporate's chosen colour.
All exposed concrete balcony soffits and edges were treated with a penetrating waterproofing sealer against future moisture.
