Scope of work
All flashings and parapets were repaired and sealed with an acrylic waterproofing system to stop water entering at the joints between the pitched and flat roof sections.
All ridge capping was cleaned and resealed with an acrylic system to keep moisture from tracking down into the roof structure.
Broken, cracked, and loose slate tiles were replaced and secured across the full roof.
The whole roof was primed and finished with two coats of pure acrylic roof paint for long-term weather protection.
The flat bitumen deck was given a maintenance coat of silver bitumen paint to extend the life of the existing waterproofing.
