Deck waterproofing and gutters
Scope of work
All flat deck areas were primed with a bitumen primer, then a self-adhesive bitumen membrane was laid with 75mm side laps and 100mm end laps across roughly 100m² of balcony.
All parapets were waterproofed with a pure acrylic system.
All box gutters were lined and waterproofed with a cementitious system.
All six showers were fully waterproofed with a cementitious system before tiling.
The large retaining wall was excavated, primed, given a self-adhesive bitumen membrane, and finished with a cementitious overlay for protection against hydrostatic pressure.
