Scope of work

• All walkway paving bricks were stripped and the failed waterproofing removed down to bare concrete.
• The concrete substrate was checked for correct drainage falls, with all damaged screed repaired before waterproofing began.
• A cementitious waterproofing system was laid across all walkways, followed by new tiling to the body corporate's chosen specification.
• The whole complex was high-pressure cleaned, so all structural cracks could be found and fully repaired.
• A full primer coat was applied to the complex exterior before two topcoats of exterior paint, to the supplier's recommended system.
• All flat surfaces, including parapets and wall tops, were sealed with a fibre-seal waterproofing system.
