Scope of work

• The old tiles were stripped from the balcony and the rotten deck fully removed, exposing the concrete substrate beneath.
• The balcony was rescreeded and a new self-adhesive bitumen system laid, topped with a cementitious coat for a durable, watertight finish.
• Three sliding doors were removed and replaced with custom-made units, correctly waterproofed and sealed against future water ingress.
• A new custom grappa hardwood deck was fitted across the full balcony, working the decking and balustrades across two different substrates.
• The guest bathroom was fully remodelled as part of the expanded renovation.
• All floor tiles through the property were lifted and relaid on a self-levelling screed for a smooth, even surface.
