Scope of work

• All safety equipment was secured before work began, with workers tied off on the steep 35-degree pitched roof throughout.
• The roof was inspected tile by tile, damaged tiles replaced with sourced secondhand clay tiles, and loose tiles secured against further wind damage.
• The full 800m² roof was high-pressure cleaned in preparation for the waterproofing and painting system.
• All ridge cappings, flashings, and valley gutters were waterproofed with a pure acrylic system and an embedded geotextile membrane.
• The roof was primed, then given two topcoats of pure acrylic roof paint for long-term weather protection across the full surface.
