Scope of work

A scaffolding tower was erected for safe access, with all workers secured by safety lines while working at height on the six-storey building.
The affected roof areas were cleaned thoroughly before the waterproofing went on.
A geotextile membrane was laid across the full 340m² roof with 75mm side laps and 100mm end laps, for complete, even coverage.
Two full saturation coats of pure acrylic waterproofing were applied to bed the membrane into the roof.
Three acrylic topcoats completed the five-coat system, sealing the membrane for durable, long-term waterproofing.
